The Professional Wellbeing Workshop with Will Pye
Organizations of all ilk are recognizing that to invest in the wellbeing of its people is to truly invest in the financial wellbeing of the organization.
Beyond the triple bottom line, or the development of soft skills or living up to mission and values, the research indicates that investing in the personal wellbeing of a team leads to a measurable return through:
• lower absenteeism
• enhanced efficacy and productivity
• higher levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• longer staff retention

$1 on wellbeing = $5.81 return
Indeed a recent Australian Government Study calculated that for every $1 invested in staff wellbeing organizations can expect a return of $5.81 from cost savings elsewhere – PDF Link
Investing in individual staff member’s wellbeing yields measurable financial return.
Having delivered thousands of training sessions to fundraising teams for both marketing agencies and not-for-profits, and delivering wellbeing workshops to a broad spectrum of groups worldwide, adapting tried and tested, evidence-based material for a professional setting was a natural development in my services.
