Sleep - duration, quality, consistency of time to bed and time awakening, activity in the half hour before and after (avoid screen time, wifi, negativity).

Meditation - whether sitting, dance, breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, Qi Gong, all of the above; quantity, quality, depth, regularity.

BodyJoy (Exercise) - stretching, cardio, variety, enjoyment, frequency.

Food and Water Diet - mostly organic, whole foods, in joy, sufficient basics, Vit D, Zinc etc; Water; quantity, quality, plenty at optimum time of 8am, blessed, grateful?

People Diet - being with people who feel good, see you as more than you are; avoiding those who bring you down, see you as less than you are.

Entertainment Diet - does it contribute to you being happy, awake, fearless, growing? Mind-expanding or mind-numbing?

Awake/Mindful/Present - to what extent is life a meditation? Are you present to people, dishes, trees, light and leaves, to the beauty?

Practise/Routine/Spontaneity - living the paradox of utilizing helpful routine and discipline whilst being willing to drop it as the heart calls.

Human Touch and/or Earth Touch - Proper * hugs and/or grounding * held for 7 secs= oxytocin boost. Earth touch balances electric body, lowers inflammation.

Self-love, Shadow Work and Forgiveness - releasing guilt or unhealthy shame; in a committed love relationship with yourself; aware of your sinless perfect innocence? Feeling what is to be felt. Becoming aware of the darkness, the seemingly unacceptable aspects of yourself. Receiving and realizing Loving Presence.
